DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERVENTION:

The intervention in question aimed to enhance the real estate assets of the site. The commercial unit, which had been closed for years, was remodeled according to the client's needs and adapted to comply with current hygiene and health regulations, as well as microclimatic well-being.
During the construction phases, it was necessary to carry out structural reinforcements to ensure the safety of the occupants, preserving the history of the building and its architectural quality by using materials that did not alter its nature.
Given the centrality of the context and the structural configuration of the building, the technical challenge was guided by the adoption of solutions that were aesthetically pleasing, functional, and respectful of the architecture itself.
A great deal of work was carried out from the perspective of authorization and management of administrative and building procedures, as interlocutory exchanges were initiated with various institutional figures for the preservation of the property in question, respecting the interests of the client and the city of Rome itself.
The renovation of the building also resulted in improved energy efficiency, with the installation of active and passive systems useful for reducing consumption through intelligent management and monitoring systems.
