DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERVENTION:
The area where the work was carried out on this occasion is unique among Esselunga stores. We are located just a few steps from Piazza di Spagna, one of the main tourist destinations in the Eternal City, and Esselunga, with its terrace renovated just a few years ago, attracts all types of customers, from local residents to passing tourists.
With this project, carried out in two phases (the first completed in June 2024, the second to follow), the number of seats available to customers was increased, and above all, there was a significant expansion of the food preparation areas to ensure the highest quality of the products served.
Particular importance was given to the issue of thermal-hygrometric comfort and hygiene in those places where people want to feel at home every day in search of good food. The most significant phase became the construction management, aimed at implementing what was planned during the design phase, with absolute respect for the daily life of the condominium, minimizing possible interference between the professional activities present and the construction site.
