DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERVENTION:
In the project carried out in collaboration with Lombardini 22, the property at Viale Giorgio Ribotta No. 35 in Rome was enhanced, transforming it from a single-tenant building to a multi-tenant building.
Several interventions were carried out that modified both the external and internal spaces of the building, making it a multifunctional space usable 24 hours a day, 360 days a year, also obtaining environmental and energy certifications, interventions that further strengthened the sustainability of the project.
