DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERVENTION:
The historic branch in the city of Romeo and Juliet underwent a radical renovation in 2023, which gave new life to the building and the shop located in the city center.
Pro Solution Studio Tecnico Associato carried out all the steps of the plant design, up to the three-dimensional graphic rendering in a BIM perspective. It is also worth noting the installation of photovoltaic panels and solar thermal systems serving the shop, making it one of the first in Italy to be powered by renewable sources combined with heat pumps.
Great importance was given to the building's energy consumption and the environmental comfort of staff and customers, ensuring optimal conditions inside the center.
The collaboration with Store Design Coin allowed the integration of plant engineering choices, adapted to the architectural and structural scenario.
Operating in the heart of Verona, just a few steps from the Arena, the interventions were carried out taking into account environmental and logistical constraints during the design phase, but above all during construction.
At the time of reopening to the public, the Verona center is the fifth Excelsior location of the brand, after Trieste, Milan Vercelli, Milan City Life, and Rome Cola di Rienzo.
