DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERVENTION:
The project carried out on behalf of Coin S.p.A. concerned the plant design and energy optimization of the building's spaces. The building is located in one of the shopping areas in the center of Trieste, among historic buildings and major brand stores. Given the particular value and historical significance of the building, the design followed very precise steps for the understanding and analysis of the existing structure. With these premises, the study of the envelope and the energy analysis played a leading role in the design choices adopted in order to control the internal microclimatic conditions of the environments. With attention to detail and the experience of our team, it was possible to achieve a great result that could highlight the philosophy of the Coin brand.
