DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERVENTION:
The intervention involved us inside the RomaEst Shopping Center in a shell space resulting from the subdivision of a supermarket and its related goods unloading area on the lower floor. The project included architectural and systems design, general construction management, and support during the setup phases and brand management. Since we were inside a shopping mall, particular attention was paid to fire safety, with the design of the smoke extraction system using technical solutions that allowed us to meet the objectives in compliance with current regulations, ensuring an aesthetic result in perfect harmony with the architectural character of the environment.
