- Final design of mechanical systems, electrical and special systems;
- Drafting of energy certifications (APE and Ex Law 10).

DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERVENTION:
The project, carried out in collaboration with the technical firm Lombardini 22, which handled the architectural design, saw us involved in the analysis of the redevelopment of a disused building on the outskirts of Rome. Specifically, in the design of the building in question, composed of two separate blocks, the aim was to achieve the highest quality in terms of architecture, systems, environment, and energy, in order to provide the city with a cutting-edge center where people can access services throughout the day, for every need, from work and dining spaces to sports and recreational activities. Particular emphasis was also placed on the choice of materials, as LEED certification for the entire complex was required at the design stage.
