DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERVENTION:
The project, carried out in collaboration with the technical firm Lombardini 22, saw us involved in a comprehensive intervention regarding the hot/cold fluid production systems at the Autostrade per l'Italia headquarters on Via Bergamini in Rome and the reparameterization of air exchanges.
The floors in question, the seventh and eighth, were sectioned off from the rest of the plant infrastructure; therefore, the goal was to reverse the electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic distribution, making use of the existing cogeneration system.
In activities of this type, which are constrained by the existing spaces, the preliminary and executive study of the plant passages, crossings, and related overlaps becomes fundamental.
